Anthony Elkerton has been a registered Liquidator since 2002 and an Official Liquidator of the Supreme and Federal Court since 2005. Anthony is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Western Sydney.
Anthony is also a former director of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association, has been a member of the NSW Committee for over five years and is a workshop leader for the Insolvency Education Program.
Anthony specialises in providing insolvency advice to small to medium businesses and has taken formal appointments as voluntary administrator, creditors’ voluntary liquidator, official liquidator, receiver and manager and as a trustee pursuant to the Conveyancing Act. In addition to his formal appointments to insolvent entities Anthony has also acted as liquidator in respect of members’ voluntary liquidations.
Anthony became a partner of a mid-tier firm in 2003 and was previously National Lead Insolvency Partner for a large mid-tier association prior to becoming a Principal of Dean-Willcocks Advisory in October 2013.
Anthony strongly believes that a successful outcome in any insolvency matter can only be achieved by the application of a combination of hard work, expertise and respect for all stakeholders.
